My best mates girlfriend left him, hes a total wuss but he wont see it. Anyway hes been snoopin in her email and hes sent me one that some dude has sent her, I'm shocked, this guy is a total girly man. Read the email for yourselves

Well the Lancaster jinx has struck again, remember I mailed you the other week and I told you we had to go alongside in Scotland at short notice because something had broke, well its broke again but this time the damage is worse. Its going to take them about a week to get it sorted, which is not a problem as we are meant to be alongside next week anyway, but there talking at the moment of us going to sea on Thursday night and possibly staying out till the Saturday afternoon maybe Sunday morning at the latest
to then see if the problem has been rectified and do trials, its not
definite yet and they cannot make a decision this early on, so for now you best hold off on that train ticket till we know what happens, sorry to mess you around and I hope you don't think I am, but this is the job I'm afraid, and to be honest this ship has never had any luck in the three years I have been on it, so why should it change now!!!
I really am looking forward to seeing you next week if all goes well, but until I know for definite I cannot guarantee anything; please don't be mad, if it doesn't happen, there will always be other times.
Apart from that bit of news, not much else to tell really. Its been crap on here this week as always, nothing exciting and just more **** on top of the same **** we get anyway, its done my head in really not having any mails this week and not being able to check my phone, they always cheer me up!!!
So, what's been happening with you? Any news from home to cheer me up?
I have got two weeks off work in June from the 3rd till the 20th, that's when my folks go away so cannot wait for that, will be fun.

His life is unpredictable whereas you friend was more then likely some boring person. Women hate boring as do most men. Instead of scorning its more benificial to learn from this.

Its interesting to see that a lot of people think that this isnt to bad. I just think hes overly apologetic and is seekeng approval!

I think you might be under the impression that any form of courtesy toward a woman is considered chumpish...if that's the impression this forum gave you, then WE are sorry.

Don't think that at all, was just giving my opinion.
After reading it again its not as bad as I first thought, it was just the amount of times he apologised jumped out at me, thats all!
