Best Gym Exercises/Machines

Not the best of experts in how to use those billions of machines in gyms, so I just stick to bench, incline, various curls, shrugs, and military presses to build upper body.

What are the best cutting techniques and which machines to use? Sometimes I feel like walking up to the gorillas and asking what they do, but not doing that.

Not asking for diet techniques either, I eat very healthy most of the time. If it helps, I'm about 18, 180lbs., 6'0", can bench about 225 more or less (to help describe muscle mass), and just started taking protein supplements again. Don't post please without advice or unless you need some too.

If its not happening already, then this is exactly what you need to be doing if you want to get cut.
