I don't need the whole nine yards on squats are the best exercise etc... I do bench, squats and deads so save your criticism... Anyways I've been noticing after my back/bicep days that my forearms often tire and ache well before my biceps and my forearms seem to be growing, whereas my biceps aren't. Here's my back/bicep day...

Deadlifts
Wide-grip pull-ups
Rows
Chin-ups
Barbell Curls

So I'm just wondering what your favourite bicep exercises are, preferably ones that don't work the forearms much.

I'm 5'9, 165lbs btw.

and your 165lbs, how big do you think your biceps are going to be at this weight?

The best exercises for biceps come from your back work, once you can row a lot of weight and do pull ups for reps with lots of weight hanging from you your biceps will be big. The only way this happens is increasing your body weight, which happens by eating a lot of food and squatting and deadlifting with lots of weights (i know u didn't want to hear this but its the truth and if u really understood you wouldn't of posted this in the first place)

you don't need exercises that do this. your forearms are lagging, but you need neither blast nor avoid them -- keep doing the compound movements that work and let your forearms catch up to your biceps in their own time.

Ditto.

AFC, you want to gain a inch on your arms? Gain 15 pounds of bodyweight.

If your forearms are giving way before your biceps you need to change your split. Do back/tris one day and chest/bis another day. Deads, pull ups and chins really fatigue the forearms. Thats why they tire.
