Earlier in the spring I took this girl to this formal dinner party. We had a good time, and she was really nice. She told me to call her sometime to hang out, but this was right before school ended so she was going back home for the summer, and really had no reason to call her back.
Over this last semester I talk to her every once and a while, but usually only at parties (I try not to talk to her too much bc im usually drunk and dont want to look like an ass).
Well we were hanging out the other day and I asked her if she wanted to go to this other formal party thing with me again, and she said "oh definetly! I was hopeing you would ask me!" then we started talking about how much fun we had last time,and she brings up how I never called her and I felt like a total douch bag. Then she tells me to definetly call her again so we can hang out.
This is my problem though. Ive always been the quiet/nice guy. It sucks ass, and im slowly trying to change myself. But a lot of girls still see me as that guy and I feel like they are only nice to me because im quiet guy, and not because they really want to hang out with me (probually from lack of confidence, which I am also working on via. the DJ Bible).
So, how do I tell if this girl actually wants to hang out with me, or is just being nice?
