Being Funny is the key to DJness?

I would say being Fun is key.
But its kinda the same thing.
So yeah I agree.
Don't be too funny though. If you look like you are trying to hard it looks bad.

No, never TRY to be funny, you have to actually BE funny. So if you're not naturally funny, only say funny things on occasion when your in the right situation to be funny.
And about the whole FUN thing, anybody can be FUN, anytime, anywhere. That's what you need to do.

You have to at least try a little bit. Nobody is just completely naturally funny unless they are born with a pie on their face and clown shoes. Yes, you should make the extra effort to be witty. Watch lots of comedy. Try to laugh as much as you can.
But don't try too hard. You'll get the hang of when to draw the line. But if you are having fun, fvck the line.

Humor goes a long way in attracting chicks. I agree that it and confidence are the most important things in attracting chicks. It seperates you from the millions of other guys that are just "Hi, would you look at that weather." It makes you fun to be around.
However, you don't have to be amazingly funny to be good with chicks. The real key is having fun. If you can show that you are a cool, fun guy, people will want to hang with you.
I guess what I mean to say that humor shows that you are a fun guy to be around. That is the most important thing, you have to be fun.

It takes them out of their socially conditioned minds, and allows them to ride their light pleasurable feelings.
This is what you want, cause those same pleasurable feelings want to bone!
But...... its not the end all!
Other qualites produce other equally seductive feelings/responses.
Imagine other ladies-men.
James Dean for example. He wasn't cracking jokes. He was the rebel bad-boy. Wild, Free, Dark, Mysterious, Dangerous!
Such other qualities are definetly equally powerful.
Its all how you respond to what the moment demands.
Don't limit your Key to one quality... it would be terribly naive, and ignorant to your "game." Think back and try to figure which qualities your character has succesfully and naturally been, in situations where you created attraction. Reflect on those... and how specifically you related them. What was their effect? Learn to bring such mannerisms through yourself more, with other women. Get creative.
This will also allow you to see where your "game" lacks, in regard to certain qualities. Say... if your not as "mysterious" as you are "funny." You might want to try incorporating some of these qualities in your relating. See how it differs your response from women. Etc etc etc.
Its all feedback.
