Thanks. I work out every weekday in the mornings, before I eat anything. I run up and down the stairway at my apartment complex until my heart rate is extremely high, then I try to keep my heart rate up there for as long as I can.
I also joined the basketball team at school, and that kept me active for a few months.
As far as my diet goes, I just stopped eating so god damn much. I stopped drinking soda, stopped with the sodium filled hot pockets, and started preparing my own food. I calorie cycle but on average I eat 2000 calories a day.
What's it like going from 240 to 183?
It's changed my life. People, girls especially, treat me completely different.
I'd like to say it's the way I carry myself and my game but I know it also has to do with my appearance.
The other day I went into a convenience store to pay for some gas, and there was a fat guy in front of me in the line. There was a real cutie working cashier. I watched as the fat dude was treated with disdain by this cutie. She wasn't looking at him, she had a dull look on her face, monotone voice. Than when I walked up, all the sudden she's got a big smile on her face and completely changes her personality. In a way, it's sad how shallow our society is. But what can you do?
