MEALS/CARDIO/WORKOUT 3rd thread from the top
Im 26, 250 lbs, 24% bf, titties, belly. Ive been doing on and off Fitness Made Simple workout, and am compfortable doing the workout with 40lb dumb bells, so I have a somewhat developed upper body (not abs), but muscle dont show. I need any advice I could get for my work out. This is what Im doing thus far.
Cardio 30 minutes daily, will slowly increase that.
3 days a week Fitness Made Simple work out, chest+back, arms+shoulders, legs, abs.
I eat proteins, such as foods where there is good fat/protein ratio.
Anything else to improve that? I dont want to set my bar to stip, but might, as this time feels very different, I think of fvcking a fat chick whenever I dont want to do something, I refuse mental mastrubation on some hottie.
As I am, Im a 4, maybe pushing 6 from 10 feet away, I want to become a 10. I dont know if thats possible, as I have bent ears, but other wise a pretty face (pretty not musculane). Im not sure what my target weight should be? So please advice.
Should I start taking protein? How about estrogen blockers?
Also, what are you thoughts on ejaculating 1 hour after work out, supposedly boosts emmune system and decreases recovery time.
