Becoming hot, need advice

MEALS/CARDIO/WORKOUT 3rd thread from the top


Im 26, 250 lbs, 24% bf, titties, belly. Ive been doing on and off Fitness Made Simple workout, and am compfortable doing the workout with 40lb dumb bells, so I have a somewhat developed upper body (not abs), but muscle dont show. I need any advice I could get for my work out. This is what Im doing thus far.


Cardio 30 minutes daily, will slowly increase that.
3 days a week Fitness Made Simple work out, chest+back, arms+shoulders, legs, abs.
I eat proteins, such as foods where there is good fat/protein ratio.


Anything else to improve that? I dont want to set my bar to stip, but might, as this time feels very different, I think of fvcking a fat chick whenever I dont want to do something, I refuse mental mastrubation on some hottie.




As I am, Im a 4, maybe pushing 6 from 10 feet away, I want to become a 10. I dont know if thats possible, as I have bent ears, but other wise a pretty face (pretty not musculane). Im not sure what my target weight should be? So please advice.

Should I start taking protein? How about estrogen blockers?

Also, what are you thoughts on ejaculating 1 hour after work out, supposedly boosts emmune system and decreases recovery time.

As with the other thread starter, post everything you eat in a day and your entire workout/cardio routine if you want specific help.

MEALS:

9 AM - 2 cups of coffee, no sugar just cream, half a stake (today only). Removed any fat from the side.


1 PM - half a stake, 1 lb of shrimp with ketchup.


Nothing for dinner. The above is just today, Ill eat anything in the fridge, just so happens had some stake yesterday. Foods will include something that has good protein/fat ratio. Stake, fish, chicken breast, etc.



CARDIO:

7 days per week, 5:30 AM, running half a mile one way, then walking back. Slowly increasing that half a mile until I can run then and back. The whole routine takes 30 minutes, about 5 to 8 of it is running, the rest is walking. As mentioned that is changing.



WORKOUT:

3 times a week

Using a bench and dumbells. Current weight is 40 lbs, going to 50 lbs per dumbell pretty soon.

CHEST+BACK (super setted)

Incline Press + Bent over rows 2 sets of 10
Flat bench flies + single arm rows 2 sets of 10
Incline push ups 1 set of 10
Decline push ups 1 set of 10

LEGS (super setted)

Squats + Standing calf raises 2 sets of 10
Lunges + stiff leg dead lifts 2 sets of 10


SHOULDERS AND ARMS (super setted)

Shoulder press + lateral/frontal raises 2 sets of 10
Alternate curls + french press 2 sets of 10
Concentration curls + triceps kickbacks 2 sets of 10


ABS (5 power minutes done in succession, no rest)

trunk twists
standard crunches
alternate bycicle
oblique crunches (30 sec per side)
leg raises

In your case you need to eat at least 6 times a day, every meal containing protein, fat and vegetables EXCEPT for the morning meal where you can have some oatmeal, and pre/post workout where you also need oatmeal. You can have a piece of fruit with these meals but make it low GI: apple, berries, peaches, grapefruit (no bananas unless they're green). How many carbs depends on how active you are during the day. Go with 3/4 of a cup for now. You can add sweetener to this but no milk or sugar.

Supplement with green tea (300-450mg a day or 8-10 bagsworth) and fish oil (10-15g/day).

You have to do cardio 6 times a week before breakfast, 30 mins every day and build up to 45 minutes over a few weeks.

Your routine sucks quite frankly. Go on a reasonable push/pull/legs or something of that sort.. either search on google or this site.

Post a journal on here you can track your progress.

WBA, when u green tea 8-10 bags worth, are implying having 8-10 separate cups or green tea a day?? Since hearing about green tea ive tried to incorporate into my day as much as possible. On a good day i can get 4 cups in i cant imagine 8-10...wouldn't that be rather tedious and expensive...I also thought u may use more than one bag per cup?

Green tea is dirt cheap

Brew up a pot with 8-10 bags the night before, refrigerate it overnight and then chug it back like ice tea the next day. You can get different flavours and you can add some splenda if you want. If you don't like the taste make a small pot so it's more concentrated.

Alternatively get the pills or bulk powder.

I must say, getting a nice body will not make you "hot" when you have clothes on. However, it will definitely help at the beach, or pool.

Ok, Ill be using my standard coffee maker to make tea. How many bags do I put into the thing? I think its 8 or 10 cups worth, whatever is standard.

How about eating protein, Im talking supplements?

How about estrogen blockers? Ive had experience with them, and you can see bulking, makes you horny as sh1t and agressive as well.

How about some pills, something with ephedra or something?



What the hell will I look like by summer? There aint no stopping me now, I know how to do this and not fail.

A good green tea is Liptons with mix berry a little honey and it's easy to drink alot better than the regular.

80% genetics, 20% personal care (barring extreme circumstances where your teeth are knocked by a baseball bat)

find your maintenance calorie level for your weight, subtract 500, eat that over 4-6 meals per day, drink a lot of water, get 1 g protein/ lb body weight per day, lift weights on a full-body program (i suggest rippetoe) 3x per week, and do cardio (40 mins regular or 15-20 min high intentisty) 4x per week. ie weights mwf and cardio stts. aim to lose 1-2 lbs per week, 4-8 lbs per month. if youre losing more or less, change something.

Ahh, I know what you mean. Nah, if I loose weight Ill be hot, at least an 8. The only problem are my ears, I done some wrestling as a kid. Maybe plastic surgery.


As I am now women are hitting on me, especially when ignored. Whatever the case, this one is for me, not any single woman.

focus on getting your bf ( to around 15%)down before you start building muscle.

To be honest, I don't know what you look like, so I can't say whether you look like a lady killer or not. There are some things that can't be fixed without plastic surgery.
