A pescetarian, that is, someone who eats fish and seafood but not meat (beef, pork, chicken, etc)
Anyway, I've been living on the pescetarian diet for the past couple of weeks. I don't really notice any huge chances just yet, but it's still early.
I'm surprised; I'd thought i'd really crave meat but I don't. The only two things I really miss are grilled park ribs from street stalls (I live in Saigon) and a good, juicy burger. Other than that, meat just doesn't appeal to me like it used to.
Any advice for making this diet even healthier?
