BP, Lerxt and BP and all others. I know you are right and can and do sincerely, appreciate your words to me. I have listened just not so easy to hear, you know. Sometimes the truth hurts but for you to take the time to reply to me shows that you care and I am the biggest AFC of all. I have improved with this guy and I say, a lot considering. And you are right. I need to think about what I want. Move on and get a life.

For now, I have to say the only way to go is to be harsh, very harsh like BP's last post. ANd also get a life and not cling to these boards which over the last few days have made me even more obsessive. Hard not to get addicted here but this site should not be a substitute for living and having a real life.

Thanks and no more AFC posts about this guy. Maybe a celebration post when I am truly over him and met someone who does deserve me. Or not.

But either way, I will do my best and figure out what I really want and need and get it.

Toodles,
Tamales

Tamales, I'll give you one of my experiences. My first "girlfriend" if you will. I was absolutely crazy about her. When her mother told me she was dating someone else, I was crushed. I wasted 3 ****ing years of my life mourning the loss of her.

On the third anniversary of dumping her, I realized that I was wasting the years away. I knew she was gone. I needed to get on with my life. And I did.

There's a song by Richie Sambora that contains the line "Don't waste your life away thinking about yesterday's blues". Extremely wise advise.

Good luck on your future adventures Tamales. It's time to start out with something new, fresh, and exciting. Making some changes to your appearance may help give you a sense of moving on. Get a new hairstyle, some new clothes, shave your moustache, oops, just kidding :)

Dont let it get to you girl, I mourned the loss of my 18 month girlfriend for almost a year. We've all been there, you just have a bit more backup than we did.

Haha, you're still in denial that she obviously dumped you.

I had a piss drunk girl that was crying like a mad horse about her ex of 6 months when I was driving her home. I would imagine they just broke up few days ago, or few weeks ago at most, but apparantly they have been broken up for 2 months! But later I found out that was her first relationship...and I am already falling mad for this girl, but that whole crying thing turned me away. oops, my bad...anyhow, everyone's first is always tough.

****, I made a booboo. I actually meant to type that she dumped me. Brain not functioning. Plus, that was over 10 years ago. I'm not in denial anymore. :)

Yeah if you are still posting about someone, that means you are still thinking about them and are not over them yet! I know because I've done it myself lol. When you no longer care, then you've got it beat. And yes, sometimes you need to step away from this board and figure out things yourself. Every once in a while I would start asking to many questions about ridiculous things. But I really don't learn this stuff unless I just go ahead and apply what I know, and make guesses about new situations while applying what I already know. That is truly learning because you are getting an experience, a reaction, or whatever you want to call it and you never forget it!
