I just started taking creatine yesterday couple with a mass gaining diet. I have already noticed a difference (its the water that stays in your muscles) and its only been 24 hours so I am pleased....
I have a few questions.
1) I workout 4 days a week. Do I need to take my creatine on my off days? If so in what amounts? (When I workout I take the pills of creatine w/ 3 before and 3 after)
2) Do I need to keep drinking water like crazy on my off days?
