Basic Creatine Questions

I just started taking creatine yesterday couple with a mass gaining diet. I have already noticed a difference (its the water that stays in your muscles) and its only been 24 hours so I am pleased....

I have a few questions.

1) I workout 4 days a week. Do I need to take my creatine on my off days? If so in what amounts? (When I workout I take the pills of creatine w/ 3 before and 3 after)

2) Do I need to keep drinking water like crazy on my off days?

1. Yes, take creatine on your off days. Take 3 grams less on the days that you don't workout. How much are you currently using?

2. Yes since you'll be taking it on those days as well.

Drink water like there is no tomorrow. Forget all other beverages (except coffee and beer)...
