For those of you who don't know who the bar-barians are, I suggest you take a look. These guys take a different route to getting fit and building muscle/strength. I understand most people won't be willing to leave their precious iron and strictly bodyweight train. But these guys' strength is on a different level than the typical bodybuilder/powerlifter IMO.
