The left side of my abs are almost twice as big as the right side, probably from playing baseball for 12 years and the constant rotation to the that side when I hit and throw.

Anyway, what's the best way to isolate the right side to build them up and balance out my abs?

Okay, if you need to concerntrate the work onto the right side of your abs, go into a regular crunch/ situp position, then lay the side of your left leg onto the floor, so now your torso is in the original position and your legs and hips are at 45 degrees to your torso, then just sit up as per normal, this should isolate the right obliques, and the the right side of your abdominals.

Unfortuinetly having abs that are a different shape on either side is due to genetics, and if your abs are naturally different shapes or sizes there is nothing you can do about it.

Yeah it's not genetics, it's just because they're overdeveloped because I do the equivalent of about 100 Russian twists to the left every day. So I hope doing isolation crunches will develop the weaker side the same way the twisting developed the strong side...
