I am progressively loosing my vision to the point that I have to wear glasses on a daily basis. This is really pissing me off because I hate glasses, and I also hate putting in contacts every morning/taking them out every night. Are there any possible solutions? Maybe some types of exercises? Are there also contact lenses which I can keep in for like weeks at a time or something? Thanks!

My question was the same. What is your age? Also too, what is your lifestyle like and weight?

Believe it or not, losing your vision is one of the signs of Type 2 Diabetes for some.

I have a professor whose husband got diagnosed from that very same thing when he went into the eye doctor for a routine check-up. Found out it was from DB.

Now not that you have it, since I know nothing about you, but i'm stating a reason that is a possibility.

Orwell, I read a book on how to regain your good vision. Basically it involves exercising and using positive feelings (emotions) to help your eyes heal. It is all not that simple, I started yesterday to put it into practice, and if I succeed, I will post the methods here.

Try corrective glasses before you do lasik. I havent heard much about corrective lenses in the U.S.. But it is very popular in Europe and Asia. Google it up, if that fails fly to Europe (Russia for example) to get a set of corrective lenses.

I had my friend fly there to do his teeth, ticket + work cost less than doing it here, and work is a better quality.
