Is it bad to do the same workout routine 3 times a week? I mainly just work on most of my upper body each time I go to the gym and then maybe do ab exercises at home on off-days. My goal here is to bulk up.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Oh my god, read the sticky. You can probably workout two times a week since you don't use your muscles as synergists in back and leg exercises.

Squats are for pussies, real men bench press.

I actually work on my back too when I go to the gym. I do pull-downs, reverse-grip pulldowns, cable row, flies, declined benchpress, military press, curls, and will soon incorporate squats in there. Also, will be working on the abs on off-days.

If I had to do only one exercise, it'd be squats.

Also, if you mean flat bench press I wouldn't recommend it at all. I've yet to see someone tear a pec from incline or decline bench, but flat bench is a killer when you move up into the heavier weights.
