I have a really bad knee due to sports injuries when I was younger, and when I do squats and stuff that bends my knee it really hurts it. I'm wondering is there any hope for me, and weight trainning if I got a really bad knee? I can lift weights with my legs no problem.

How far below/above parallel does the pain start when you do a full squat?

probably like halfway.. is it hopeless or is there other exercises I could do? I can do bench press, leg press.

I hurt my knee a couple months back and was out of commission with it for 3 months (saw a doc, had xrays/cat scan.. came back showing it healed.. just tons of muscle atrophy).. I'm still building it back up strength wise.

This may not be your case but in my experience, the more I strengthen my leg (the muscles attached to the knee) the better its supported and the less it hurts over time.

I am no doctor though and your case may be different.

I can't this injury happened because my knee muscle didn't heal well. I've had it for like 8 years.

The best alternative would probably be good mornings for the posterior chain, and use the leg press for your quads. GM's strengthen a lot of the same muscle as squats and deadlifts. Also look into deadlifts, although they might still hurt your knees; depends where the pain starts.

This is a good morning:
