Bad breath problem

I have been told that I have bad breath. Mostly by my girlfriend when she kisses me.

She tells me she has noticed it about 3 months ago, but hasn't mentioned anything till about a month ago. When I ask friends, they say that sometimes it smells real bad. Therefore I am sure she's not just messing with me. My parents, on the other hand, say they can never smell it. And Myself, I can't smell so I have no way of knowing.

My gf tells me sometimes she doesen't want to kiss me because of the breath, that she's had to put up with it in the past.

This breath thing is driving me insane.

I do not know where the problem lies. I brush, floss, rince and use mouthwash every day, in the morning and before I go to sleep. It could be the stuff I eat, or w/e.

Please help, if you know what you're talking about.

Drink lots of water, stop eating junk food, start chewing gum and before u make out with ur gf make sure u dont have bad breath by licking ur hand since saliva is the main thing that causes bad breath. If ur breath stinks pop a gum or mint in and u'll be fine.

Do you use a tongue scraper or brush your tongue when you brush your teeth?

brush tongue and rinse/gargle with Hydrogen Peroxide instead of an Alchohol based mouthwash.

Before you sleep Elevate your head rest really high so your sleeping in a 60 degree slant

and use a mechanical or manual scrapper

Hunger causes bad breath, too. Try to eat lesser portions more frequently throughout the day, and don't skip breakfast. I remember reading research about this not long ago, and they found that a piece of bread cured bad breath as well as anything.

the body mint is pretty good... makes your entire body smell fresh after taking it for a few days...

:crackup: dude i had the thing happen when i took heavy duty extra-multivitamin. After I started taking the normal one my pee turned back to normal so you probably should switch brands cuz it means theres too much of something.

Go see your dentist. You might have an infection between some of your teeth... it's quite common.

Oh, and if you smoke... stop.
