Sup guys.

I went on Spring break, then had hell week for a show (for anyone not in the performing arts, it means you're practicing 9-10 hours a day on top of class and work). Lifting has pretty impossible for the past two weeks, then.

I'm about to dive back into it. I haven't been in this situation before, so is there anything I should watch out for? Any injury risks from starting at my previous weight level? More warm-up?

Thanks

First week do 80-90% of what you normally would. Shouldn't be heavy.
Second week do 90-95% of what you normally would. Should be semi-challenging.

Week three try to set PR's. Challenging.

Make sure you are warming up as outlined in the Iron Addict warm up post.

I can't get on the IA forums at the moment though.
