Used to work out 2 times a week, but since august last year i started stepping it up a bit to the point where i was working out 4 times a week. As a result of that i got in peak condition from around january till march.
But after that i had a extremely busy trimester and because of that i've only been working out twice a week.. Now i appeart to have lost mass on my arms and my v-shape is dissapearing. :cuss:

Since i've lost my shape in a 2-month period,i'm wondering if that's the time it's gonna take to get back in shape, or is it gonna be 9 months all over again.

Any ideas would be helpful.

4 times a week to 2 times a week - you've lost your blood pump. if you've actually lost weight then yeah, you lost mass although I doubt it since you were still working out.

are you still lifting the same weight? i.e. have you lost strength? if you haven't then you lost superficial mass.

if you've actually lost muscle then no, it shouldn't take 9 months to get back. just go back to what gained you the muscle.

Hmm you seem to make a point there about that "blood pump", I haven't lost any weight nor have i been lifting less.

I'm rushing off to get some training in then haha maybe i'll get my shape back before summer's end.

Thanks for the reply, Alex.
