Hi, currently im followin anthony ellis' workout regime but i just need to ask a quick question. On one day i work on back and biceps, and the back exercise are wide grip pull-ups and latbar pulldowns Superset. however having down 3 sets of these my biceps lose alot of strength as they are used in both and it is hard to do the bicep exercises. Would it be productive to just do Deadlifts as my back exercise instead of these??? thx

Yeah, do deadlifts and then a back width exercise. So deadlifts and chinups for example. Or do deadlifts always and alternate between chinups and barbell rows each week.

No need to eff about with supersets, you won't be able to do maximal weights like that :)
