My abdominal muscles are pretty firm and in shape, but they seem to be sort of crooked and I'm afraid to work them out too much..... does anyone know about this.

I just feared there was something wrong w/ me, and that my abs have to be perfectly symetrical. Is that the norm though? Does everyone have symetrical abs?
