Anyone believe in this , or is it just bull****? My sign (leo), fits me very well, fits Don juan ideals too interestingly enough. But i figure its probably just a coincidence. I mean who says the whole compatibility thing means anything at all, im sure people will opposite signs are happy and married.

Im also a Leo. Astrology is useless in this field since you don't know what sign they are when you see them so it doesnt matter. All that matters is attraction. You see a girl you like it probably isn't because of her sign.

Guys tend to limit their thinking when it comes to this topic. Many times when sarging a woman the topic or astrological sign comes up by either her or me. Women love this stuff and being able to tell a woman about her astrological sign is a good way to gain familiarity and rapport with her.

^^ You got that right.

I was talking to this chick thats into this stuff this weekend, and man, she just kept babbling on and on about star signs and chinese astrology. She talked for like 30min straigth about this stuff, and when she found out that we had the same birthday, she went into overdrive. The whole time I was thinking about creative ways to commit suicide with an anal-ring.

So yeah, you've got an advantage if you know some astrology.

Tell her a little about yourself, but not too much. Maintain some mystery. Give her something to think about and wonder about when she's at home.

It's an ideal career move if you're fat and gay.

I suspect it's useful for space cadet seduction too, other than that it's bollocks.

Whilst I believe the moon and the tides effect us physically, to believe all that stuff means you are really clutching at straws for a life.

Exactly where I want to be.
I'm a Leo. I'll read a horroscope once in a great while usually out of bordem.

Most of the time they're rather vague and it doesn't seem like it would be incredibly difficult to make them up. In other words, even if mine were to say "Today is a good day to stay indoors," I still think I'd take my chances.

I don't believe in astrology at all. But if you know about it, it's a good rap to go off of when talkin' to chicks.

I don't post my methods often, but I'm going to let you guys in on approach I've done no less than 10 times and was successful in getting a date out of it every time. It may be a bit much resource wise for some, but if you have a laptop and a good astrology program, it could work wonders.

One of my favorite hang outs is Barnes and Noble, I actually read a lot. Occasionally I grab a table and some coffee and poke around on my laptop. Every once in a while I see a woman there that looks interesting so I just ask "What's your birthday?" They tell me and I ask them if they'd like to learn something interesting about herself. Of course their curiosity gets the best of her and she says "Sure!"

I invite her to my table and show show her the astrology program. It's a very good one that takes into account not only your birthday but your birth time and birth place. Combining this information generates a hauntingly accurate, highly accurate, personalized report.

So we read her report together, we're sitting kinda close so we both can see the display. ;) As we read, I naturally find out interesting things about her which brings up tons of things to talk about, personal things... ;)

Well, not surprisingly gain tremendous rapport and I become very familiar to her because we've talked about some pretty detailed things about personality. Since we're "old pals" now, I tell her that I have to run but had a great time meeting her and that she seems like a great person to know.

Even before I have a chance to ask, she asks if we could get together sometime. I pause a a brief moment and tell her "Sure, I'd really like that." At that point they offer their phone number without me even asking (all of life should be this easy).

Making a long story short, things like astrology can be used to your advantage since most guys thing astrology is a load of crap and know nothing about it. This is a easy way to set yourself aside from typical guys.

Oh by the way, I do have a method of qualifying the woman before I ask her birth date. If she's reading a typical womans magazine that has a ton of self tests, I ask. if she's reading a self help book, I ask. And of course, if she is reading an astrology book or any other similar science such as numerology on enagrams, I ask. Plus it definitely if you are a good conversationalist.

I hope I'm not intruding. I'm a Scorpio and I would definitely say that I really dig a guy who knows about astrology. To me it means he thinks outside the box, ever so slighty askew, and I find that rather appealing. Also, i have never known or met a girl who didn't know a lot about her sign and the other signs she might be compatible with. Feigning interest in the subject would probably definitely win you some brownie points with girls. (there are exceptions though, always).

Hi Alpine! Nah, I've been around.

Baloney, hunh. Alpine, I'm a woman, we be different, okay. Hey test my theory. I bet you 8-9 out of ten women are well aware of astrology. And the two who'd say no are probably lying their asses off. Astrology is in our woman manual, we learn it early on and even when we get older and wiser there is still something ever so curious about it. I'd say a woman who REALLY isn't aware of it or viewed it disparagingly is probably on the tomboy androgynous side or very, very religious (which means you're probably not getting any from her anyway!) . But, of course I could be wrong.

Well Alpine, there you have it straight from a woman. So are you going to keep putting it down (perhaps because of your lack of knowledge of the subject) or will you accept the fact that it can work for a guy who is willing to put a little effort into learning about it?

Hey Fran, I'm not sure that Alpine has to belief it. But I do suggest he familiarize himself with it. Most women would find a man who is at least familiar with it if she mentions it quite interesting.

I know this for a fact SB. Shortly after I posted I called a woman that I had met earlier today. No more than five minutes into the conversation she was trying to guess my sign. I laughed and told her about this particular conversation and what you had posted. She completely agreed with what you had said.

{{{{ ^*^ Astrology ^*^ }}}}

With all the woman that i have met in my life, about 99% of them were ALL interested in Astrology, and talking to them about astrology is a good way to "connect" with them and built rapport(like Francisco d'Anconia mentioned), so taking 5 - 10 minutes here and there to read some bullshh!t and then talking to girls about it is a wise and helpfull thing to do;)

oh... and i'm a Taurus, btw.

Hey Aequitas,

Scorpio and Taurus are opposite signs in the zodiac. But they are drawn to each other because their oppositeness compliments each other. And if they are of the opposite sex, there is usually a very strong physical attraction. They are both very loyal friends and very stubborn, that's how they are alike. Oh! and Taurus guys are usually the only zodiac sign that can keep up with Scorpio women in the bedroom.

I wonder how many Scorpio girls you've dated?

And Leo men are very macho and demanding, but usually sexy as hell!

Don't always be the one putting yourself out for her. Don't always be the one putting all the effort and work into the relationship. Let her, and expect her, to treat you as well as you treat her, and to improve the quality of your life.
