Hello all,

I'm a newbie here. I have some concerns that I'd like to address. I'd like to start off by stating that I am 26 and my sex life has picked up within the last year. Prior to that, I didn't engage in sexual activity that frequently. I've also been trying to find more information on strengthening my PC muscle. You all know why. I have a bad case of PE. What's interesting about me is that not all cases have been as bad as others, but I usually blow under one minute. I've tried strengthening my PC by using the start/stop method while urinating midstream. What I am confused about is how to practice strengthening this muscle during the day when I don't hace to urinate. I'm not sure I know how I should be moving my body. I have also heard of the squeeze method. I'm not sure how to perform this either. I know a lot of my issue is also mental - I'm a notorious 'logical' thinker, and it is constantly at the forefront of my mind to "not" do it. Needless to say, after my PE experience, it takes FOREVER to get an erection again. It used to not take so long. I want to cure that also. The girl I am having sex with now is very physically attractive and I find her very sexy. I want us to have a fulfilling experience together. Another thing - when she gets turned on (moans and makes sounds of pleasure) this will exacerbate my issue, making me get real excited and cause a PE if one hasn't already happened. I didn't know if this should go in Don Juan or not. Please let me know what your experiences - I would appreciate resources on tantric sex also.

I know this is much for a first post, but I am in serious need of help. I hope that you can be of assistance.

Well this advice is probably not good, but who knows.

It occurs to me that you might want to research ways to slow yourself down ahead of time. Me, personally, I urinate prior to sex because having a full bladder can be painful and makes it harder for me to concentrate. Now, what would happen if you did NOT urinate before sex? Would that make it harder to you to concentrate?

I pretend I am having sex with the ugliest person I can while I am having sex if I am getting to close to coming. That usually means my ex-wifes mother. Ugh. That kills it for a minute or two. :eek:

Have you seen the movie "There's something about Mary?" The tip in there works well for me - "practice" before you go on a date. I "practice" every afternoon so I last longer in the evening. I also find that "practicing" de-sensitizes my [...] so I can also last longer.

Here you go - some ideas...

1)
Jerk off. but when your jerking off - when you feel your about to c#m - hold it - with your PC muscle. Prevent ejaculation. Then start again. Do this again and again. This will help you in 2 ways. 1 - it will strengthen your PC muscle. 2 - it will give you a better understadning of your point of no return.

2)
If you know how to hold and prevent yourself from pi##ing - then you know hold to contract your PC muscle. You can do this at any time. Sitting at a desk is a good time. Hold for 10 seconds. Release. Hold for 10 seconds release. Repeat. Once you get the hang of that you can extend the time to 15 secs etc. Also - dothe following quickly. Hold PC muscle - release. Hold - release. This si a fast pumping hold and release.

3)
When your banging learn to know when your about to bust. Here you can switch positions - giving yourself a break.

4)
Make sure you give her plenty of oral - you can give her a good time with your tongue on it's own.

For the mental aspect - well there's been plenty of posts on this.

Thanks for the suggestions. I just don't know how the PC exercise should feel for regular day activity. Where should I "feel it" at during the day? Will it make my penis retract (as if I'm trying to make a flaccid penis jump?) Should I feel it in my lower stomach (as if I were tightening my stomach muscles) or should it feel like I'm tightening my butt (like I'm trying to hold a defacation inside)? Like I said, when I have to use the bathroom, I unequivocally know how this should feel - I am not so sure how to move my PC muscle during non-bathroom exchanges...because of the variety of ways that you can move your muscles...

Any suggestions?

Don't expect it to be like lifting weights - where it aches. it should just feel fatigued whilst your doing it.

So, sitting in a chair - exercise your PC muscle by pretending to hold back a sh#t. You should feel your ass tighten and your d#ck and b#ll sack move slightly. That's the muscles you want to hit.


Search on - Losing erection, maintaining erection. In fact anything with erection on.
