I know there has been much discussion and debate on this topic in the past, but I thought it would be appropriate to start a more up to date one. For those who feel self-improvement is one of, or the most important part of your being please add your thoughts, and comments. I have recently took Jariel's advice and started my own planner of daily, and monthly goals. It works to an extent and im getting most of my stuff done. I find myself running short on stuff i can do to improve daily.
My list usually includes: Gym
HW
4 bottles water
Occasional tan, or haircut
Thats about it, but im looking to make it more detailed and longer. Is there any other aspects of self-improvement im neglecting. (fitness, intelligence, hygeine, appearance, diet). I just want to feel like im not wasting time, i always want to be improving in some way, any advice of ways to improve when your bored, from your personal mission to improvement?
