Ok guys,

Quick background:
-Theres this new chick at work. First time i saw her, I asked her right away if she's single, taken, married just so that she'd get that impression of me as a guy who has "nothing to loose"

She said "im not single and not definitely not married"
Me: "too bad, if only you were single"
chick: anything is possible

Current situation:
me and this chick (who is currently in a relatinoship with another guy) at work have kino and lots of flirting. She would go out of her way jsut to touch me, tickle me..( I would never go out of my way to tickle her or touch her, I would just return the kino)... One time, she grabbed me by the neck and squeezed it.. and when I looked at her face, she licked her lips with her tongue or had her tongue out.

She's a 6.5, just cute enough. No rapport between us., however, just by the way things are looking i think she likes me.

So, as I was leaving work (9:30pm), i went up to her, and touched her playfully and she touched me back again.

Sooo, I asked her if she wants to "hang out" as in RIGHT AT THIS MOMENT and told her that i didnt feel like seeing my girl (fake excuse).

She said, "I can't, im off at 11pm"
Me: So,break a rule for once
chick: i've already broken lots of rules
me: aright then see you later.
chick: ok, see ya

Questions:
1.) Has anyone here been in a similiar situation?

2.) Can a guy get laid even without rapport at the workplace? And only by simply teasing,flirting and use of kino?

3.) How should I treat her next time i see her? I feel like I should stop returning the kino and start ignoring her.

4.) I just want to have a co-worker with "benefits". Is such thing possible?

Telegraphing your interest so blatantly with your "interview" style questions when you first met her is not how you want to start out. You probably thought it would seem confident, but it was more a case of being bold. It didn't further your aims. Chicks want a challenge, anything that comes too easy ain't worth having.

The "harmless" flirting will go on forever (chicks dig this sh1t - it's meaningless to them and a free ego boost), but I don't rate your chances of getting anywhere.

How do you treat her? The same as any other coworker. If you ignore her you'll look like a little puppy whose feelings got all hurt.

I could be misinterpreting this, but... isn't appearing to be someone who has "nothing to lose" the last thing you'd want to do? Would it not be better to present yourself as a challenge, rather than coming across as desperate by immediately asking her if she's available?

Yes, but only if she's a slut, or if she's on the rebound. In this case the former may be true of her, since she's flirting with you before you even created any rapport with her, yet she's in a relationship (or at least claims to be).

I'll just tell you what everyone else is telling you: you shouldn't pursue this any farther. Hell, it's possible that she's just leading you on for the sake of feeding her ego.
