PRETTY estate agent Amy Michaels was always ready to make house-hunting guys a hot property offer they couldn't refuse.
First she'd show them around the flat—then they'd get a FREEHOLD of her NAKED in the master bedroom.

For Amy is a self-confessed SEX ADDICT who confesses to bedding more than ONE THOUSAND MEN.
At the height of her carnal obsession it was Amy-time Amy-place Amy-where.

When she did try marrying and settling down she had to give up—after cheating on her beloved THIRTY TIMES before they even got married. And she also risked her job as a £50,000-a-year estate agent for her rampant addiction.
"I've had sex with at least 1,000 men—but I'm no slut. I'm a sex addict," says 33-year-old Amy.
Her craving for constant passion means she has bedded the equivalent of a different bloke EVERY WEEK since she was 17.
"I began doing it with clients while we were supposed to be viewing houses. I had a boyfriend at the time but it wasn't enough.
"At the same time I was also at it with a colleague at work. We used a house we were supposed to be selling and one night I ended up in a threesome with him and his flatmate.
"It was incredible. Having two men giving you attention for hours on end is something every woman should sample at least once in her life. But I just couldn't stop. I love the adrenalin buzz the moment just before I know I'm going to have sex with a stranger. For a second I think, ‘what are you doing' but that just adds to the excitement."
It all began when the busty brunette lost her virginity at 17—then there was no stopping her. She began satisfying her lust when she took a job at McDonald's while at college on a business studies course.
Amy recalls: "I ended up sleeping with the boss while I was already having a fling with another boy there, having sex anywhere we could, even before kiddies' parties.
"I would prepare the room upstairs but me and the boy would sneak off for sex in the toilets when no one was around. As for the boss, I didn't even fancy him. He was ten years older than me, with kids. But it was a power thing." Amy then had a hankering for uniforms—and pounced on a stunned security guard at 3.30am while working as a PR at a music festival.
She grins: "He'd caught my eye but I hadn't spoken to him. I just went up to him, asked what time he finished and told him to come to my hotel room.
"He couldn't believe his luck. When I went back to the room I put on a short skirt. The feeling of anticipation was immense. I've done a sky dive and the rush from that was amazing. Sex with a stranger gives me that same feeling.
"He came to the room and two hours later left with a smile on his face. The next morning I heard he'd told people I was the best s**g he'd ever had. I thought, ‘cool'."
But her rampant behaviour meant she lost her pals—and even the roof over her head. She sighs: "While living in Bournemouth I sh***ed a different man every night for a week. My flatmates were so disgusted they kicked me out."
But it was what her pals called her that hurt the most.
"I always say a slag will sleep with anyone but a tart will pick and choose. If I didn't feel anything for a man I wouldn't sleep with him," she says.
Which explains her reaction when, as a London estate agent, she gave the bum's rush to one house-hunter who wanted a quick completion. Amy recalls: "A female colleague spread gossip about me and I ended up with a fat and ugly Ferrari driver coming on to me while I showed him round a flat.
"I asked him what the hell he was doing and he looked offended and said, ‘I hear you s**g anything.' I felt awful then, so cheap and bad. I had to change jobs."
Amy did try to settle down when she found someone who loved sex as much as she did. "I met a squaddie who gave me such an incredible time I cried. We got married but I cheated on him with about 20 or 30 men before that.
"Like me he had a high sex drive and when we first met the sex was amazing. There was no conversation, nothing. The minute he came in the door, clothes were ripped off. We were doing it anywhere and everywhere."
Soon after their marriage they were into threesomes and swingers' clubs. "It became an obsession for him—and he wanted more and more women involved but never men. We stopped having normal sex with each other but I still craved the thrill of new partners."
After three years they split—and Amy, from Southgate, north London, went on the rampage again. "The only thing that made me happy was having sex. I was texting any man I knew to see if they wanted to meet up. I needed it every day," she says. "I've had so many men I forget them all."
Her get-it-when-you-can philosophy was simple. "I always preferred one-night stands to relationships. Most couples end up splitting when one of them cheats because they're not getting the satisfaction they need. I couldn't lose—if sex was crap I'd have nothing to worry about because I didn't need to see them again. But if the sex was good I could leave knowing I'd had a fantastic time."
But Amy—now a market researcher—is trying to beat her addiction...with a new boyfriend. She says: "I didn't think there was anything wrong with me. But then I started to realise I was just like the people who claimed they were sex addicts.
"If I don't have any sex every few days I get cranky. But I am now with a man who makes me feel so amazing in and out of bed he's curbed my urges. Now I'm putting my old lifestyle behind me.
"I earned a reputation as a slut. If I was reading this about somebody else I might agree but I believe I've a healthy attitude to sex."
