I found this great article that explains how our hormones work and how that effects our health and fitness according to how we eat and when we eat. Check it out. It really explains a lot and brings understanding to how our bodies deal with different food types. So far for me its working great. My weight has stayed the same but I'm getting bigger and not fatter haha.
