most people who have hands and arms which shake drink too much alcohol, if you don't drink alcohol though then I have idea why your hands shake

The only time my hands have shaken involuntarily is if i lifted to often, but it would be accompanied by a lot of ligament pain

who cares
you might have a nerve problem or something....i can realate to my hands shaking but that would be after a 6 round boxing match, and then a couple of rounds on the punching bag. But if you say that this happens even when youre not excercising and it happens even during lifting light objects, its got to be something more serious. are you sure theyre just shaking, and its not like spasm or twitching? do your hands feel weak or numb?

yea they shake, and well, sometimes i feel my hands kinda weak, but not too weak! its cause i think and i know that i can do a lil bit better and lift more heavy stuff but i cant. but its not like really really weak, just a lil. but yea my hands shake a lot. not like in there was a earthquake or something but if i lift my hand straight in a horizantal way, i can see that its shaking a lot.

It might be hyperthyroidism. It causes tremors in the hands. I've got it and when ever I push my muscles too hard, I get tremors.

Very Basicly, if you have it, your metabolism runs too fast. Now, this is not a good thing and it will not help you loose weight. It just burns out your system if it is not treated.

You can take beta blockers to stop the tremor and slow down any symptoms you might have. Google hyperthyroidism and see if you have any symptoms that match up.

A general practiciner should be able to find it without too much cost. To verify, you'll need to get the big tests done. He can perscribe beta blockers. If it is hyperthyroidsim, that is.
