I'm so pissed. I've been going to my local gym (rather than my basement) for about two weeks now and gained a good 4lbs. So i'm finally into weightlifting, eating right and all that.

Now I go down there and they tell me due to a change in insurance policy I can't go in until i'm 16.

That's a month and a half away. That's another 5lbs that I could gain, that were just stolen from me. I mean I could use my basement, but all it is is a undersized (meant for like 12 year olds) bench and a few free weights.

Why does **** like this always happen when you're starting to make progress?

EDIT: I still want to gain weight. I don't care if it's fat, I'll worry about getting bigger now and turn it into muscle later. Yeah it's not the best thing to do, but it's really the only thing I can think of now.

I did a lot of sets with pushups, onearmpushups, chins, jumping jacks, onlegged squats, step-ups on a chair and rows lying on the floor and holding on to a table with some weight on my chest. Did this for one month three days a week while the gym was closed. I didn't lose any strenght. Just maintained.

You're too young to stress out about bulking. In fact no one should stress about it, but YOU have plenty of time so you have less of an excuse.

Don't always be the one putting yourself out for her. Don't always be the one putting all the effort and work into the relationship. Let her, and expect her, to treat you as well as you treat her, and to improve the quality of your life.

Play basketball and do some plyometrics, and bodyweight exercises for a month. Basketball for calves and cardio, plyometrics for strrength and endurance, and bodyweight for muscle.

Do stuff like pullups, chinups, those pushups on your head... etc.
