... and by pills I mean vitamins.

I'm just curious as to what kind of vitamins/supplements everyone here takes on a daily basis.

Everymorning I take a "Quest: Premium" adult multi-vitamin as well as a 400 UI Vitamin E capsule with a glass of water and leave it at that. I take the multi-vitamin for obvious reasons, and the Vitamine E because I hear it's really good for your skin.

Are any of you DJ's who are into bodybuilding more than me taking any supplements of this nature that you would recommend?

I've heard Vitamin A is also good at preventing breakouts and oily skin but my mom told me that I already get enough in my daily diet and that taking a capsule every morning would be over doing it.

I started hitting the gym a couple months ago, am 17 and still growing, get occasional mild acne and sometimes fail to eat the required amount of vegetables.

Anything else you'd recommend me taking? Vitamin A? Calcium? Viagra :D? Feedback please...

Vitamin C. I megadose it with 2-3grams a day, I space the doses out. Whether megadosing Vitamin C has benefits is still to be "proven" but I believe it helps. Also a b-12 complex and a multivitamin. I don't think you need any more vitamin A than what's in your multi-vitamin. Little offtopic but purchase some EFA's(aka Fishoil) if you are not doing so, this along with protein are the most important nutrients for a bodybuilder imo. Take about 2-3 grams of combined EPA/DPA a day, no more than this, it says it on the bottle how much each pill or teaspoon contains. Goodluck.

I pop a 1000 mg Vitamin C and a 400 Vitamin E every morning. I take a tablespoon of flax either in the morning or at night.

It's gonna get ugly when I get on my cutting diet. Everyday I'll be popping 2-3 ephedra, 2-3 caffene, 2 multi-vitamins, and flax. I might add in additional B, C, and E too. Not sure yet.

I don't eat enough fish so I take an omega 3-6-9 suppliment(5 capsules a day)

I take a multivitamin thats highly absorbed, echenicia in the winter, and optizinc. The zinc and echenicia is amazing, as I have never been sick in the two years I have taken it, not even a cold.

I've also found that a B-Vitamin complex has helped alleviate stress, also good during finals but I rarely take it anytime else.

Oh ya, I take a multivitamin for my eyes that has a bunch of different minerals and vitamins like bilberry, grape seed and lutein. My eyes have gotten much whiter and I can see in the dark like a racoon. It's crazy how much my night vision has improved.
