Master Don Juan
As the title says.
Are we controlled by our unconsious mind without knowing about it? I mean , sometimes when we get angry , we do things that after , once we are calm again and think about what happened , we regret for doing it .
I saw in a documentary that our conscious mind controls only the 20% of all the open tasks.
Another example , when we talk and respond without thinking of our answer , it's our unconsciousmind who speaks and and responds.
The same can be said for approaches. If we have all the will in the world to approach a hb , our unconsciousness kicks in and disaster.
Is that the reason why having a strong inner game is the most important before going out on the field?
What's your opinion about it and how can you explain it?
