hey guys, I wanna build muscle and this site compared the 'supposedly' best 3 muscle gaining e-Books.

top 3 muscle gain e-books review :woo:

The site looks legit, but I was wondering if anybody here had heard of 'Muscle Gain Truth'? I checked out the main website and it seems pretty damn good, but just wanted to see if anybody knows more about it before I pull the trigger.

thnx

T-nation is my fave. Plenty of articles, no nonsense forums, advice etc. I'd bookmark that page.

did you check your brain at the door? or you always this credulous? the site looks 'legit'??? it looks like an advertisement. somebody has bought a URL, and then fills the page with lots of breathless italics and bold statements not to mention underlined statements that are very important! Did I mention exclamation points? I should have!

somebody is paying for that domain name and web hosting...how? he's getting a kickback on whatever you buy.

follow the other links above. worst thing you might run into is somebody trying to sell you supplements, which you can always say no to.

T_nation doesn't sell supplements. They promote them. If you don't want to use them that's your loss. But you can still get all the free info you want from the site and post on the forum.

promoting 'em is selling the benefits, which is as good as selling 'em as far as I'm concerned, especially if they provide convenient links that give them a kickback. and they DO sell supplements, or what do you call the stuff offered by the prominent "store" link??? (free fedex shipping, 100% moneyback guarantee!)

but yeh, you can ignore all that and still get great advice, and probably some of the most level advice about supplements (in the articles & forums, not ads), if a bit biased toward 'supplements are good'

They always state that supplements are SECONDARY.

Alot of the nutrition articles are biased towards food first, and supps if you really want them after.
