Approaching when you're at your LOWEST

When I say LOWEST, I mean looking ruff, unshaven or un-cut. Any guy that does this and succeeds everytime is a TRUE ALPHA MALE in my eyes, because it states here, that in order to get girls or HB's you have to be atleast a high average looking guy and being good looking /attractive is a bonus.

So, my question is - if you can do this and succeed with frequency, does it mean you've passed requirements as TRUE DJ "approaching-wise", because if you think about it, you're being "YOURSELF", no haircut, unshaven etc lol?

And it does say in order to approach women and succeed, you have to LOOK YOUR BEST atleast, so what the heck are you mumbling about? I didnt say anything about how the vck you dress, I'm talking abiut being your LOWEST on purpose and approaching. Being a bum-looking guy and still hitting on chicks, getting through - convert your answer on those basis, not some HIGHHORSED answer.
