Soome guys just don't know what to do with anxiety and how to deal with it.
By using EFT one can simultaneously adress phsyiological concerns as well as the psychological.
You can build psychological/emotional tools and get rid of the manifestationin your body.
bascially, there are people who have phobias, right?
OK, you can put a person that has claustrophobia inside an elevator, and they will not be cured.
You can talk to them about it, and tell them to go through it, repeatedly, but often times, their fear and anxiety will actually increase.
You can try that approach for some people for 10 or 15
YEARS, and they still WILL NOT be cured of it.
So, like I say, sometimes we make an over simplification of a complex issue, and it turns out is not a real practical solution anyway.
