perfect setting.made eye contact will hb8.I see her sitting by herself on bus stop,beautiful day.I wanted to say hello but my heart was racing and just got on the bus.FAIL...its funny because I usually crave situations like that.all by herself,no pressure?wrong!after today I must talk to atleast one girl every day as punishment.probably a blessing in disguise.Get over the anxiety people!its a illusion and makes you feel like a pvssy!peace

Something that's been helping me with approaching women is knowing that the next conversation is always around the corner.

Granted I go to an artsy college so there is no shortage of cute arts-and-crafts types (which I dig), but my point is that if you go talk to girl X and whatever happens becomes irrelevant because girl Y is at the other end of the hall so to speak. In other words each girl is practice for the next one.

Psych yourself up. I've been doing a re-framing and it helps.

"Do girls want random guys coming up and talking to them?"

It used to me no: "I have to be smooth and charming and make her laugh otherwise she'll be annoyed."

Now it's, YES: "no matter what they say, girls like to get hit on. At the very least, even if she's not into you, she wants you to talk to her, she likes the attention. If I fail, I fail. Even if she rejects me, which is worst case scenario, she'll end up respecting me more for having the balls to come up to talk to her."
