What!!! 2011 has been dishing out some insane movies, on par with (2006) Apocalypto. This years movies are especially amazing when compared to last year's tripe, excluding Shutter Island and Inception


Having said that, yeah the movie was pretty heavy. I'm not usually glued to the screen like that, only time I can remember watching such an intense flick was Children of Men

Apocalyto and Children of Men, I was quite young when i saw the movies, around 17... couldn't notice anything really 'deep,' should i watch it again?

Agree. The Dark Knight was even better (if you haven't seen it).

yeah that movie freaked me out a bit.

how the mayans came in and took all the women, men and left the children. especially that little girl that was crying beside her dead mom.
