I'm 6'. Do you want me to train you to be tall? Here are some free tips:
- Hang upside down for 3 hours a day to stretch out your spine. Hold a 45lb plate while you're doing this, the extra weight really helps.
- Buy every penile enlargement pill that you can. It makes you taller while you're laying down
- Wear shoes with really thick soles. And thick socks. Orthotic inserts are a plus
- Stand next to short people. Never tall people
- Watch a lot of basketball on TV. Those guys are really tall, it will rub off on you
- Wear vertical striped shirts. The more vertical, the better
- Stand on your tippy toes while talking with people. Just dont let them see you do it. Plus it works the calf muscles, which you also need to be strong if you're going to be taller.
