I came across a product called Cell Tech Hardcore that is suppose to do the following...

Massive gains in muscle size in just 7 days!*

Clinically proven 26x more powerful than regular creatine*

Instantly induces an anabolic insulin effect for maximum muscle creatine saturation*

Packs on muscle and strength faster than any other product available*

Anyway, I am thinking about trying it out. Today I bought some Whey protein and that sfuff taste awful even favored with strawberry but what I hear protein is a must when working out plus I bought the Mega Men Sport supplement.

Thanks for any info you may have on this Creatine called Cell Tech Hardcore as it sounds like something unreal but promising.

I prefer SizeON by Gaspari - It is the best creatine blend I've ever used. You can read about lots of peoples experiences with various creatines at forum.bodybuilding.com - SizeON has a ton of positive reviews

I've heard from people who have used it, that sizeon is nothing special.

Massive gains in muscle size in just 7 days!*

Bullsh*t.
Clinically proven 26x more powerful than regular creatine*

26x? I highly doubt that. That seems like it would be pretty much a steroid.

Instantly induces an anabolic insulin effect for maximum muscle creatine saturation*

Code for...it gets absorbed into your muscles.

Packs on muscle and strength faster than any other product available*

I'm guessing these *s mean that it "Hasn't be approved by the FDA, and is not intended to diagnose or treat any disease or illness"? In other words, I can claim it gives you 18" guns overnight. As long as I say that it hasn't been reviewed, or approved, I'm okay. Or, "results are not typical"...

How is it more efficient in a pill form? To me it seems like that drastically reduced the surface area, therefore leading to less absorption. You're telling me that taking protein pills is superior to taking whey powder?

Powder = Top notch.

As far as I know, there is nothing better than a fine powder, except and even finer powder (to an extent)

If you want a good way to vomit, then Cell Tech Creatine is the way to go! I bought some, and I'm not sure how good it works, but it tastes like garbage and made me wanna vomit, so I took the **** back after taking one serving and gagging. Lonesilver, I bought some Micronized Creatine Monohydrate by AST and it works really great though. You should try that. It's micronized, so that means the particles are smaller and it's easier on the stomach. Also, don't buy the cheap creatine monohydrate from GNC. That kind does not work at all.

Look up what happens to 80% of the creatine once you consume it,it breaks down into creatinine,Kre-Alkalyn doesn break down till it hits your stomach, that's why it's 10x more efficient.

Ok, I guess the bottom line Creatine does work but depends on the brand or product but not sure powder or pill form though is the key?

The guy at GNC was recommending some pill form Creatine and he claimed he use to use it when playing football and said it worked great but didn't remember the brand but the brand he was selling it took time to get the gains.

Anyway, I'll read up some more on this Creatine it sounds like good stuff and thanks all for the info.

Now, blink, is that a statement from KA ads, or is that from some sort of scientific study?

Ads say anything to make their product seem superior. They can do that. Nobody can sue them for false advertising because they use words like "up to" and show you pictures with statements like "results not typical". They also take regular words, and give them some sort of fancy scientific sounding name to make you think that it's some high tech sh*t.

Nope it's not some b.s. from a company, people that use it says it superoir to powder creatine.(By the way I take powder creatine,so it's not like I'm saying pills are superoir because I use them).
