If I'm bulking, is it a bad idea to use?

I can really feel it working my abs, triceps, and delts. Mine looks like a wheel with two handles. I do it for maybe 2-5min a day. I haven't ever kept it up consistently for a month, so I was wondering if anyone uses it religiously, and what results you've had using it.

I've not used it everyday, but I have one and when I use it, the next day my abs are soooo sore, so it works well. I get alot better ab workout with it than crunches or situps.

I've got one. I'm slowly progressing toward being able to do a standing rollout. Right now I do it a few feet away from a wall and roll forward till the wheel hits the wall. I move a little bit away from the wall each time I do it.

This guy: www.RossTraining.com does standing wheel rollouts while wearing an 80 lb weight vest!

Just like anything else though, be careful. It seems like something you could really hurt your back with if you roll forwards too fast.
