If I'm bulking, is it a bad idea to use?
I can really feel it working my abs, triceps, and delts. Mine looks like a wheel with two handles. I do it for maybe 2-5min a day. I haven't ever kept it up consistently for a month, so I was wondering if anyone uses it religiously, and what results you've had using it.
