I've been reading some positive things about Bulgarian Tribulus lately. It is a natural testosterone booster and there are claims that it enhances endurance, concentration, muscle production, sex drive and is almost as effective as steroids...but without the side effects.

It sounds good, but I'm always reluctant to try something without first checking people's experiences, so any feedback would be welcome.

Eggs, butter, red meat, cheese & fish oil raise testosterone levels. Stay away from steroids, pro-hormones & supplements.

Thanks for the feedback. I don't feel like I need any testosterone supplements (at the moment at least) but I was curious why it was getting so much praise.

Because people have a general attitude of "I want this & I want it now". But anybody serious into lifting weights knows that anything can be done but it takes time, lots of time. When looking back one year is nothing. But when looking towards it, one year is a lot.

That's why supps work. I liked your sentence

Why do I lose my time lifting weights...

i took it for a little while, it gave me really bad stomachaches, and I do NOT have a weak stomache. usually when everyone else is sick with food poisoning I'm the one laughing at them.

So, take it if you want, but be careful.
