Anyone know a way to help get rid of poison ivy?

Make sure the area is well washed with soap and water. Make sure any clothes you were wearing are well washed, and washed separately from other clothes - do this twice. This should prevent it from spreading.

For almost instant relief, use HOT water. As hot as you can stand it.

At first, the heat will make you itch terribly. After a few seconds the itch will go away and you will get a feeling that scratching can't match!

This works better than ANY medicine or lotion or cream I have ever used.

leave it alone

ive had it on my legs for like 2 weeks now.. and if you can go a day without scratching it, you won't even feel it anymore
