Yeah, I almost gave up. I found this site about a year ago. Helped me a TON. Got some confidence, not depressed anymore, made more friends than ever, started working out and gained 30 lbs. Bought nice clothes and looked decent always. Still haven't had any success with women though, mostly because I haven't got the balls to cold approach and my friends are all AFCs, and only two have girlfriends and they are so whipped it's ridiculous.

Anyways, I got a kidney stone a few weeks back. Hurt like hell, had to stop working out for a month. That passed and now I haven't been to the gym regularly in 2 months. Still no success with women either. Also lost my part time job and haven't been able to get one since, so I can't go out a lot.

Luckily, just last week I was all alone on a Friday Night, and had a moment of thinking, and I'm starting to get back on the right track now. I was wondering how many others have almost given up on their Don Juanisms for any reasons, and how they were able to get back on track. Hopefully those that start slipping can read this thread to get motivated again.

When I first started yes, I did want to give up. I would read things about this stuff on the internet or listen to those seminar & interview tapes and try to memorize everything, but it just wouldn't work and started to loose interest. But I told myself this is something I want to learn and get good at, so I ended up starting my own journal and writing things in it like, my goals, quotes, advice, notes, my learning experiences, etc...and been on track ever since. I think starting your own journal is a great idea.

Everytime I **** up, I feel like **** for a little bit and put on some music to kick my ass back into shape. Then I go out a.s.a.p. and keep trying.
