I agree with spider (KICK THEM SLAUGHTER THEM MWAHAHAHA KILL MURDER BLOOOOOD) but! Writing your initials with a marker or sumtin like that DOES NOT equals grafitti. For instance Zagreb (city I'm living in) comisioned true artists who finished art academy and of those rank to decorate with grafitti a whole wall next to railroad near the center of the town. AND IT LOOKS AWSOME. My dad was one of them and he said he never drew grafitti before this and this is a new expirience for him. I must tell you. The wall now looks awsome and my dad is very pleased with this new way of art. I think they're pretty cool but I'm not actually any good. I tried drawing girls names on paper by pen and such and they screamed. (yeah I was worried for their health too). I didn't like the result but they were pretty happy with it??? I didn't try doing the "real" wall art tough. Any one has any leads about this one? Where to start?

The best place to start looking for graffitti would have to be the internet.Next time you are awake at 2:30 in the morning, google "graffitti" and look at all the pictures that come up.After looking around for awhile, reading the history of it,and seeing what other people do,its a pretty cool deal. When you have an idea for your own style,go to the local lumberyard and get a few sheets of plywood, and some spray paint and go find somewhere to pratice. After you feel like you are good enough to do some public work, you will have to find your own way to do it,as i will probly get in trouble by telling you to sneak out and bomb your town with graffitti. Most tag circles are real cool about letting newer people hang out with them,as long as you dont act like a f***-tard.

And if you live in a big city, with gang problems, make sure you never spray over thier work.no matter how crappy it might look, gangs(as well as other artists) will see it as a sign of disrespect, and you might find yourself some problems
