I've had this book for over 2 years but I've never applied the methods because I've never had enough time to put the diet to work. Now I'm on a training diet, 4000 calories, 6 meals a day. My supplements are Creatine, Glutamine, Branched Chain Amino Acids, and a Multi Vitamin (which for some reason has horny goat weed and so I have a jerk off like crazy every day).

I was thinking of adjusting my current diet to the diet given in The Zone, I was wondering if any of you have any experiance with it. Any feedback would help.

Oh and I forgot to mention that in order to purify my soul I gave up killing things, so no more hunting and no more eating meat. I'm a vegetarian, but something to take into account is that I eat 200 grams of protein a day.

I don't mean to get off-topic here (okay, so I do), but the production of a vegetarian diet kills more animals than the production of a beef/ruminant animal diet. If you really do wanna eat a diet that kills fewer animals to produce, eat a cow/sheep-based diet and no chicken.

I can give you some real figures on this if you'd like, but you can also take my word for it.

Yea, I'm on the Zone right now. I have noticed a little bit of change but I've been on the fat flush cycle for like 3 weeks and I've began to work out and I noticed change. I also tried it last summer and noticed that I lost 6 lbs in 3 weeks and that was on a not so active lifestyle. I'm now on it again and working out like crazy and hopefully it will work as well as before, or even greater. I do notice that I stay full longer after meals so that I'm not hungry within an hour of eating. It also has greatly helped me feel much better about things. It definitely nurtures your mentality as well as keeping a good eating habit. I'll post something once I noticed great changes.
