Alright, so i was hoping i could get some help with an issue i have with the Moon.
Basically, there are certain times in the year when the moon seems HUGE and really low in the sky. It's also a really nice yellow, as opposed to the usual white.
I saw that moon yesterday again on the 2nd May, 2010.
Anyway, previously i had tried to locate that moon via the sun based Georgian calendar dates, so a month later i figured the moon would be back like that in all its yellow glory. No show.
So now i figure i should attempt to track it down with the Lunar calendar. Now the lunar calendar says that the 2nd of May (Sun) is the 19th of March (Lunar). And that a month later for the lunar calendar would occur on the 1st of June (Sun). (This is the 19th of April lunar wise)
Anyway, what i wanted to know is, am i going about this correctly? Will the moon i love be back on that date, or with the Earths rotation and tilt along with random space mumbo-jumbo throw me off again?
