Any recommendations for a counseling site?

I think my problem is deeper than just not getting laid. Is there a good counseling site where people interact in a manner like what we do on this DJ site, with a few identified professionals on it?

When I tell you I'm a walking skeleton I'm not joking. I'm 5 foot 10 and weight 112 lbs... Over the summer I have dropped from 125 lbs (which wasn't much anyway)...It's getting sh!ttier by the day...

Dave if you really feel sick you should be seeking professional help. More than what you can get out of any web-site.

Losing that much weight is a bad sign. I was sick recently and put off going to see a doctor and I now wish I didn't. Its a tough decision to make or even just to admit somethings wrong.

I don't know of any websites but there are many great people here who wouldn't mind helping if you need support.

PM me anytime.

Do you have some serious health problems (gut, whatever)?

There could really be parasite infections or some such happening, in which case you should get help fast. Or brain biochemistry issues (underproduction of neurotransmitters, food allergies, etc.) if you're chronically "down."

If you're otherwise healthy, weight trainig can help get your appetite back. When I do weight training, my appetite increses greatly.

My weight training program is as follows: first warm up, then lift very heavy weights (about the maximum I can lift for 1 to 3 reps) for 2 sets, about 6 exercises, followed by a set of about 8 reps for the same exercises. Just fter the workout have a carb drink, followed by a high-protein meal.

I've also been seriously underweight -- when I had a gut infection, but now, after clearing out the infection, re-establishing the good bacteria in my colon, and weight training, have built up to a pretty good weight. You can do it, too.
