Thats what I was doing for like 6 months dude. It works like this:
Monday: Chest, tri, shoulder.
Wednesday: Legs, lower back.
Friday: Upper back, biceps.
Abs is included in every session. 1-2 compound lift in every session. It also comes with a book, but bear in mind that this is from 1997. I gained close to 10kg in 6 months on it.
Definately a solid program, but I think you'll find Starting Strength much better. Especially as the skinnyguy programme involves a lot of more complex movements than SS.

I started starting strength routine(with dips/chinups added) after 2 years of doing splits. I recommend doing starting strength if you are just starting out.

Funny me and my friends are arguing about which one will make you "bigger" 5x5 stuff like Starting Strength or a Hypertrohpy/Volume split......so yeah bump for interest

Well what would be the best routine to gain about 30-40lbs by this August?

And in other news, does anybody know whether or not Body Fortress Whey Protein Powder is good for you? I know some protein shakes can stunt growth

LOL! Ahhh to be 16 again....

Forget about specific workout programs, focus on NUTRITION. Your hormones are pumping and your at a prime time to start GROWING. But you need to start eating more, sleeping more, training SMARTLY (not more often) and being CONSISTENT!

Secondly where the heck did you hear that protein powder stunts your growth??? Protein powder is just that....protein, if protein stunts your growth than no one would grow. That is a completely false theory.....

Go to the Health and Fitness forum, read the stickies and join a site like bodybuilding.com or tnation.com to start educating yourself.

Good luck!
