Holy fvck, the number of brainless half-wits claiming to be social workers, counselors, or psychologists in their dating profiles beggars belief. I get that it's a female dominated field so the hit-count on those professions is going to be fairly high (I see a lot of child care, teaching and nursing as well), but I just can't believe that our society has a need for all of those non-productive jobs?! I have to think the universities are oversupplying graduates in those fields. Even so, the victim industry must be absolutely thriving. But what really concerns me is the quality of person we're talking about; these are not well-adjusted high performing individuals, they're insipid, unimaginative, and dumb! Just plain dumb! And they're giving out advice to other people! For a living! Gah!

haha my buddies ex is doing this field and living on her daddys dime racking up a ton of debt. This chick is more useless than a c0ck flavored lollypop and can't/shouldn't be offering advice to others. When I say incompetent, I mean like can't cook, always runs out of gas, can't drive or do ANYTHING. She doesn't have to because she will always have a man ( be it her daddy or next bf) to take care of her.

Good story about this. My room mate was watching her leave our house. We had several cars parked in our driveway, so she had to manuver around my roomates car. He watched in amazement as she tried a 100 point turn to get out, hit his car and drove off. When confronted later, she denied that she hit his car even tho he said ' I saw you do it'.

yet, as I said, she will be offering advice to others. Not the most ideal case in the world..

Duly noted. Despite doing the online thing for years, I only just thought to check out the competition (otherwise, I haven't concerned myself with it), and I have to say, if anything, the quality of male profiles is probably worse on the whole. However, there were a few outstanding efforts, and that's something I never see from women online - some good profiles sure, but never anything outstanding. Which seems to be the case in most fields; you'll have some very capable women, but the innovation at the edge of the field is almost always driven by a few exceptional men.

I believe that's true for IQ too, whatever stake you put in that. The bell curve for men is flatter, IQ being distributed over a broader range than it is for women, meaning more male geniuses and, well, more male cannon fodder too. Supposedly, the average IQ is very nearly the same, but being such a sensitive subject the data has almost certainly been "corrected" and "filtered" to make it more politically palatable.

See what irks me the most is that so many women are doing these so called "social" jobs that are meant to make society a better place but truth be told I don't think society is actually that fu(ked up to need so many social workers to begin with.

The ones that really need it are there but the ones that actually get a social worker are the scumbags from decent families that are just plain lazy and are fu(king themselves up because they can and are playing the victim card. Whats worse is that these people are being looked after first before the most needy people from our society gets a chance.

Now my next point the whole IQ thing is I agree that Women in general have to have a certain level of smarts about them to be a woman that contributes not only to her family but to society hence why Women have evolved to have a IQ that has very low spread. Men on the other hand don't need a high IQ level to become pioneers or leaders in their field, they just need to be able to bring home the bacon (so to speak). Thus men have evolved to have a much higher spread of IQ because intelligence alone didn't aid Men in doing their daily jobs they can use rational thought process's to get anything they want done even if they are dumb as a rock.

IQ for me really doesn't mean a thing as there are many low IQ Men out there in the world that are very very successful the same can not be said about women. I'll stop here as I could go on for ages but this is short and to the point.

This sh!t is ridiculous. Everyone these days has ADHD, is BPD, bi-polar, or has some other variant of psychological distress that needs to be diagnosed. What ever happened to some small population actually being crazy and the rest of us just dealing with our problems the way any normal human being used to: internally. We don't need this many social workers in the world; but we love the instant problem solving capabilities they can "provide."

In a world where everyone has instant access to pretty much everything, why not be able to solve all our problems with a couple hundred dollar hit to our wallets and a few cry-sessions and pills? Everyone has fvcking problems. Deal with it.

For me the lame jobs women gravitate to are school teachers. Elementary school teachers, I've been on more dates with 4th grade teachers than I can even count. They spent 6 years in college to make 40k a year and deal with sh!thead kids all day and then they get this "teachers are heroes" horsesh!t, give me a break. Not to mention the fact most teachers know very little about the actual material and the US education system is basically daycare.

I get why a woman wants this job, it's basically part time motherhood with a paycheck, fine, but don't sell me on this "building our future" garbage, 'cause I know 90% of them are just reading from a book and will quit that job the second they have a kid of their own.
