Went to my hair stylist recently.

She's a proud one. Very, very proud.

I heard about everything that has gone so well for her daughter, her hubby, more validation of her pride...yada yada.

I'd go somewhere else but she does good work and is close by, and cheap.

I was really about to crack up when she was talking about her daughter and her dating life, momma had been schooling her. She was told to always remember... YOU are the PRIZE!...

I about fell out of the chair with laughter, neither is a catch. Kiddo is catching up with her momma in the obesity department lol.

And then they are Christians, as am I, but they sometimes make me wonder how they feel about the book of Ephesians. Probably like the ones in my church, that became a hot topic on my FB one day amongst my own church folks. I said after it all, "I get the idea that Ephesians should be stricken from the bible in order to make way for modern day feminism" lmao...

Surely you're not surprised by this. This is why I'm not a big fan of game playing. Women play their games, men play theirs. A lot of PUA tactics, let's face it, were invented by women first. A lot of PUAs talk about "flipping the script". Because generally the man IS the pursuer, and the women is the pursued. A man has to remember his worth to consider himself the prize. It helps if he actually does have some value - but regardless, it's his life and from his perspective he is the prize.

Just like from the girl's perspective, she is the prize. Although my reaction would probably have been the same as yours - I probably would have cracked up laughing.

Anyway, so this chick is proud of what she has. Good for her. She's just there to cut your hair, I wouldn't take any of it personally.

The difference is that in reality both of you deep down want the man to be the prize because neither of you can respect you if you aren't. I'm not even sure how a woman acting like the prize is a valid female game tactic. That may help her manipulate a beta but I don't know how it helps her get a man the way the attitude can help a man get a girl.

Seems right. No standards anymore. Everyone's a celebrity, everyone's beautiful, and everyone's a winner. That, plus mommy telling you you're Queen Dogsh!t equals today's female mentality.

Oh, and a bunch of thirsty tools pining for their fat snatches doesn't help the cause either. They'll even call you a fag if you're not into them lmao.

Ah yes, when it's inconvenient, remove it from the Bible. When it aligns to the church's agenda, preach it till the end of the world. For example the tithe ($ for church), ask and you shall receive (get more people to come to your church thus translate to more $).

Dear Glass half full,
So many interesting people on here....I have no problems being a Christian and a Plate Spinner, pleased you have a similar Pursuasion...I was in Ephesus in Turkey only six months ago...very interesting place and a shrine for Christians....Some say Mother Mary was there for about 23 years with John the Evangelist...Going to Turkey makes you realise the importance of Turkey in the Churches Foundation...Yeah the Feminists are not too keen on the Wives being submissive to their Husbands, neither I suppose would your Afro-Americans be too happy about Slaves being loyal to their Masters?...Paul was a complex Guy,one must remember that he wrote down these thoughts while languishing in Prison, good for reflection, but not exactly conducive to a balanced viewpoint LOL.

Yeah I forgot about Paul's circumstances when he wrote that...surprised none of the gals called my attention to that. I think they were too pizzed that I even mentioned it! Thanks for the clarification.
