Another dissapearance...

To keep things short I have been talking to this girl for about 5 months now. She's been on me a lot lately about me not making her my girlfriend.. the other day she said "I have been hoping you ask everyday and i'm starting to think it's never gonna happen"

fast forward to last monday we went out to the movies came back to my apartment and messed around. The next day we texted in the morning till around noon.. no arguments or anything.. since that point the girl has dissapeared I have texted her about 3 times since then and called her three times as well and up to this point nothing..

This girl just last week ws upset with me for not texting her enough or calling. Does anybody have any insight on this situation there is no doubt through out this thing the IL was high. What gives?

man a lot of these females i hear about are just complete subhumans with no idea how to treat other people, no decency whatsoever

The girl you mentioned has most likely moved on to what she thinks is a better LONG TERM prospect than you are. According to what you wrote, she just practically announced that she wanted more, and when you chose to still not give it to her, she probably decided that "it IS what it is"-----and kept hooking up with you while she was looking for other options.

Don't be surprised if she's out right now with some guy who she thinks WILL bestow upon her the title of "girlfriend". Never underestimate the importance that many girls place on being LEGITMIZED in some way by the guy they're hooking up with.

I'm not saying that you SHOULD make her your girl if you don't want to. But what I AM saying is you need to understand and PREPARE yourself for some women to react this way after you've been hooking up with them for awhile without verbally defining the relationship.

Also, the more self-esteem (and other options) that a girl has, usually the shorter the period of time that she'll give a guy to "claim" her, so to speak.

Yes I think you are correct.. I started getting a little close to this girl after a while I just feel she wasnt letting things develop and was trying to rush. I guess this is her way of striking back at me and cutting off the sex. Im just really baffled by the dissapearing act. We were texting back and forth the day she decided to go cold it was very spontaneous.
