if stop bulking implies that you stop working out it will go away.

If you work out and get muscular it doesnt mean the muscles will be there for all your life. If you dont keep working out youll lose them. However you wont have to work out as much as u do if u wanna bulk up (I think youll have to work out about a half of the time u did before to keep your muscles).

The creatine part is true too by the way

Men frequently err by talking too much. They often monopolize conversations, droning on and on about topics that bore women to tears. They think they're impressing the women when, in reality, they're depressing the women.

Learn to enjoy and embrace working out, don't just do it for the results. Remember that one post about self-improvement that BBB had?

What madgame was talking about is muscle memory. It's the abilty to regain lost muscle much faster than it was made.

To answer your question. Your newfound muscle will go away slowly. If you've not stimulating your muscles with resistance weight training then it'll simply fade away. Also BBall eats up a lot of energy and therefore muscle in the end. Make sure you eat enough to maintain as much muscle as possible before it's used as energy.

Keep weight training, it's good for you in so many ways. Keeps ya bones strong.

@Revlis: Thats not exactly what I was talking about. I just meant to say that you dont need to work out as much if u just wanna keep the muscle u have as u have to if u wanna bulk up.
(For example I work every bodypart twice a week and Im still gaining strength/muscle mass...if I only worked each muscle once a week (thus with the half amount of sets) I think I wouldnt lose any strength/muscle mass, would still be able to keep my strength/muscle mass, but wouldnt be able to pack on new muscle weight. (However this is just an estimation)

The muscle memory thing is true too though (at least from what Ive read many times before ;-))

At this point you probably have a woman (or multiple women) chasing you around, calling you all the time, wanting to be with you. So let's talk about how to KEEP a woman interested in you once you have her. This is BIG! There is nothing worse than getting dumped by a woman that you really, really like.
